Blastocystis hominis - Saline preparation - central vacuolar form ( left of centre and at 1 oclock) which has a central vacuole with 1 - 4 nuclei and 5 - 20 microns wide).NB C mesnili cyst in middle - lemon shaped cyst 7 - 10 microns.
